Can your family read your mind? Probably not. That’s why we’ve put together some clever ways to share your list of most-wanted gifts – just in time for the holidays!

You can deck the halls

You can hang up holiday decorations that hint at certain items on your wish list: a festive Goomba here, a Bowser stocking there. Your family may think they came up with these brilliant ideas all by themselves.

You can hang pictures

You can help keep your family's eyes on the prize by hanging framed pictures of the items on your wish list. If they want to know why you have a sudden interest in museum-quality artwork, you can tell them you were inspired by a muse named Mario.

You can build a Snow Mario

You can build a snowman in the shape of Mario, then stick your wish list on its twig arm or carrot nose. Of course, you might want to have a back-up plan in case the snow melts.

You can spell it out

If your family doesn’t pick up on any of the previous hints, don’t lose hope. Sometimes people need things spelled out for them. You can spell out your wish list using candy canes.
