The Weapons

Research indicates that a deco-rated weapon has appeared at Ammo Knights—the Rapid Blaster Deco! The stats of this weapon are the same as the Rapid Blaster but it has a fresh new style. This well-rounded kit also comes with Suction Bombs to push forward, and the Inkjet special to draw your opponent’s attention to the skies above!

The .96 Gal Deco is another weapon that’s now available. It has the same stats as the .96 Gal, but comes with some snazzy decorations. Completing the kit is the Splash Wall and Splashdown…for those players who like causing a splash.

Great news for those who love Goo Tubing! The Custom Goo Tuber is now available. It has the same stats as the original Goo Tuber, but brings its own sense of whimsy and charm with a new look. Rounding out the kit are Curling Bombs and the Inkjet special. To be sure, it’s a kit that has a lot of reach.

The Sloshing Machine Neo is now available. Just like the Sloshing Machine, this weapon can be effective on enemies hiding in the terrain…and just like the Sloshing Machine, you shouldn’t try to wash your clothes in it (this was hard research, indeed). Rounding out the kit is the Point Sensor to reveal the location of opponents to your team, and the Splat-Bomb Launcher to wreak a little havoc.

There’s been a Luna landing at Ammo Knights! The Luna Blaster Neo has the same stats as the Luna Blaster and is great for getting up close and personal. This weapon comes with the Ink Mine sub to protect your surroundings and the Suction-Bomb Launcher to throw a party. A party of…Suction-Bombs. Um. Yes.

The Dark Tetra Dualies are also available at Ammo Knights. This weapon has an intimidating name to be sure, but this four-nozzle wonder also lets you execute up to four dodge rolls in a row! What technique! Rounding out the kit is the Autobomb sub weapon (to sniff out sneaky enemies) and the Splashdown special (to launch an attack from above). In other words, this is a kit meant for players who like to surprise their enemies.

The Stages

The Arowana Mall stage may be familiar to some, but it’s gone through some renovations – and now this popular shopping mall has re-opened for battles. Expect many battles at the center of the stage, but don’t overlook the newly added elevated platforms - they weren’t present in this stage in the first Splatoon game.

The Goby Arena stage definitively proves that Inklings play basketball—something that researchers have often argued about. The arena has all the comforts of a modern stadium: a full-size locker room, polished wooden court, concession stands, jumbotron, VIP seating, and swag shop. Just like in normal basketball, controlling the space around the two hoops will be key. What’s the phrase again? “Protect the rim,” is it?
