Tip 1: Interviewing Witnesses
You can start the investigation by interviewing witnesses. By talking to people in the area about what they’ve seen and heard, you may be able to collect important information about the case. It’s important to speak with people and Pokémon more than once. You may be able to get new info from someone by asking them a different question.
Tip 2: Reviewing Evidence
Once you’ve collected enough clues, it’s time to start deducing. You can record the testimony and the evidence from your interviews in your in-game notebook. These important Case Notes can also help you keep track of the people and Pokémon you’ve encountered.
Tip 3: Tapping in compatible amiibo
By tapping the extra-large Detective Pikachu amiibo figure while playing the Detective Pikachu game, you’ll be able to view all the Pika Prompts you’ve seen or might have missed from the chapters you’ve already cleared. You can watch more than 150 animated short movie clips of detective Pikachu giving helpful hints or talking up a storm.
