Bowser’s minions and other types of troublemakers are on the prowl this Halloween. You can create a special papercraft “flashlight” that can illuminate characters from the Mushroom Kingdom.

- Transparent sheet or clear gallon-sized plastic bag
- Black marker or color markers
- Scissors*
