You can tear up the pitch!
The whole family can get in on the action with Strike, a soccer-like sport with no rules, in Mario Strikers: Battle League. Anything goes in this action-packed sport! You can pummel the pitch with up to eight players locally on one Nintendo Switch system, so everyone can join the fun. You can even join double elimination tournaments with up to four players on the same system.
You can get everyone moving!
Turn your living room into an arena and bring some of your favorite sports to life in Nintendo Switch Sports*! Friends and family can challenge each other in 2 to 4 player matchups—all on one Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch – OLED Model system. There are six sports: Soccer, Volleyball, Badminton, Tennis, Bowling, and Chambara (swordplay). Plus, a seventh sport—Golf—is planned to be added via a free update this fall.
You can race for the cup!
You can double your course options with the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Booster Course Pass paid DLC. With a total of 48 remastered courses from throughout the world of the Mario Kart series, there’s bound to be a track for just about everyone in the family. Courses include those based on real-world locations like Paris Promenade and Tokyo Blur from the Mario Kart Tour game in addition to nostalgic favorites like N64 Choco Mountain and Wii Coconut Mall! Content will release in 6 waves of 8 courses until the end of 2023.
You can show off your best dance moves!
You can keep your multiplayer party going for hours with songs for the whole family to enjoy in the Just Dance 2022 game. With 40 hot tracks from chart-topping hits and a variety of kid-friendly songs, Just Dance 2022 offers a fun experience for younger players, too! You can team up for duet, trio, or quartet dance routines, or challenge each other to see who gets the highest score.
You can battle to see who has the brawniest brain!
You can go brain-to-brain with your family in four-player matches to see who gets the highest score in the Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain game. Everyone can play together at varying difficulties, so a kid can hold their own against an adult in this battle of the brains. Want a sneak peek at the game? You can download the free demo to try three activities in Solo and Party mode!
You can battle Kirby’s enemies!
When you join Kirby on an exciting adventure in Kirby and the Forgotten Land, you can bring along a second player (like a little sister or brother) to control Bandana Waddle Dee and take on the forgotten land together! Player 1 plays as Kirby while Player 2 can drop in and out of the game at any time and play as Bandana Waddle Dee. Kirby can float and inhale enemies and Bandana Waddle Dee can spin and stab with his sturdy spear.
