Kicking Back in Kirby’s Pad

In the Quilty Square area of the game, Kirby can kick back in a special room made just for him. You can decorate Kirby’s Pad with treasures collected in each Story Mode stage. If you play Story Mode in Devilish Mode, you can try to collect furniture that’s only available in Devilish Mode. In this harder gameplay mode, a “Devil” will pester Kirby by attacking and obstructing his path throughout each stage. But hey—new rug!

Prince Fluff to the Rescue

If you’re up for the challenge of Devilish Mode, there’s one thing you should know: if you lose all your health, you’ll have to restart the stage from the beginning. No one wants to do that! Prince Fluff can save the day, but only if you can find him. He appears once on each stage, and he's carrying a golden star which will replenish all your health.

It’s Not Called Devilish Mode for Nothing

Bad news: There are devils in Devilish Mode. As a matter of fact, there are three of them and each one has a different attack. But the good news is you can make them go away for a short while by attacking them with your abilities. If all those devils are too hard to handle, you can first practice your skills in Normal Mode. That way, you won’t have to restart the stage if you lose all your health.

Every Bead Counts

No matter what mode you’re playing in, you’ll lose Beads if you take damage. And if you lose Beads, your high score won’t be as high as it could be. Your high score on Boss Stages is the key to unlocking extra stages, so it’s a good idea to try to recollect all your Beads before they disappear!

Kirby, King Dedede, Waddle Dee, and Meta Knight amiibo figures (sold separately) all unlock special in-game hats based on the figure that was used. Each hat unlocks a Ravel Ability, which lets Kirby shape yarn and create powers.
